There are 2 main Home/Health Care establishments on Kauai, Gammie HomeCare and Hawaii Home Infusions. Stay away from Home Infusions, they have been terrible in every way that I have ever dealt with them and I think most disabled people on Kauai would agree. Now in 15 years I have yet to deal with a "great" medical supply place but Gammie does a pretty good job from what I've seen and they have a lot to offer. They have wheelchairs, walking aids, lifts, oxygen equipment, daily living aids, beds and personal care items. You can rent a Landeez beach chair, portable ramps, scooters, commodes and shower seats and it all can be delivered island wide. They have always been very friendly and seem eager to help.
